Setting boundaries, being aware of one’s own needs, acting responsibly and helpfully, understanding the nature of aggressiveness and fear – so many deep human characteristics play important roles when it comes to Kung Fu practice. Within the highly effective exercises of Chinese self-defense and Qi Gong, students in the 6th to the 12th academic year undergo a process of self-exploration and personal growth leading to more self-confidence, a stronger feeling of security, and, ultimately, a healthier and happier life.
