Every year the Latin students of the seventh academic year visit the historic Roman camp “Saalburg” for three days with the intention to experience the antique culture at the original site.
The program includes the guided tours “Intra muros” and “Extra muros”, a common walk along the Limes and activities such as shooting with a bow and arrow. The students stay at the modern Bad Homburg youth hostel. On their way back the group also looks at the exhibits of the Natural History Museum Senckenberg in Frankfurt/Main.
