Our exchange with the Mae Boyer Boarding School in Jerusalem, Israel, was launched in 2014. Every year in July, a delegation of twenty 16-to-17-year-old Israeli students stay with their exchange partners in Wiesentheid and get a deep insight into the culture of southern Germany by travelling and doing project work together. The return visit usually takes place in autumn and includes trips to the Dead Sea, a guided tour in a Kibbutz and through the Old City of Jerusalem, a visit to the Holocaust Memorial in Yad Vashem and a day trip to Tel Aviv and Jaffa.
